ALADDIN: Dec 2007 – Jan 2008 TV talent show star Ben Nickless shines in the pivotal comic role of Wishee Washee, he is undoubtedly the star of the show, lapping up his stream punchlines and constantly interacting with the audience. The comic relief in pantomime is often a trial rather than a treat for adults, but for Nickless is such a loveable figure that it would be a hardhearted viewer who failed to laugh at his prat falling and one liners, which even extended to the inevitable post-show guest appearance by a group of under-eights.
